Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

General Policies (applies to all products)

Please include your name, order number, and a note with the reason for return or exchange. If you require a different size or color, please say so.

Be sure to understand these guidelines when returning or exchanging an item:

If a new edition has been released and over 30 days have passed since the purchase of the book it may not be returnable.

Computer software is not returnable once it has been opened. If it is defective it will be replaced.

If a book contains software and the software has been opened it is not returnable, due to restrictions placed by the publishers.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on return shipments. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery, proper packaging, and insurance for your return shipment.

All items must be returned in salable condition (unworn and unlaundered). Please return ball caps in a hard box at least 3" high, otherwise the front of the cap will be damaged.

Custom made or personalized items may not be returned except if we did not make the item correctly per your instructions.

We will credit your original method of payment.

Returns and exchanges will be handled promptly . . . usually within 2 weeks from the time you put the merchandise in the mail.
